Record a game, review it frame by frame, draw the play on a live tactics board, share it with the roster, and see who actually watched. We built the whole web platform — the coaching product, the multi-tenant machinery under it, and the admin plane that keeps it running.

An independent optical laboratory in Brossard, Québec. It has served eyecare clinics since 1987. We designed and built the platform its orders run through, and we still maintain it release after release.

A complete mobile app for a food brand: recipe library with full nutrition data, in-app store with customer reviews, premium subscription, cooking courses, loyalty points and a community feed. Fourteen weeks from concept to live on both stores, in two-week cycles the client could see and steer.

A Québec motorhome and travel-trailer maker with more support requests than people to read them. We automated the desk: replies pre-composed, internal and public documentation pulled in on the spot, every incoming request categorized and prioritized.

Wildlife Lookout: a wildlife learning game for young children

Children explore five illustrated Canadian ecosystems and search for the animals that live in each one. Each animal opens a learning card with a photograph and short fact. Children can also play a recording of its call.

Shiploose — material requisitions for a modular builder, off the spreadsheet

A modular construction manufacturer moved every material request between its sites and its warehouse through one shared spreadsheet. We scoped the replacement in an analysis phase, then designed and built the application the crews raise requests in and the warehouse loads the truck from.

A Québec metabolic health program where named coaches take each client through four phases. We built the Flutter app that carries the whole curriculum, a coaching messenger with voice notes and scheduled broadcasts, and every client's progress, on a database the company controls.

Two Québec accounting firms that collect the same tax file from every client each year. We built the portal that requests documents by category and by month, walks the client through a structured questionnaire, and sends the reminders the accountant used to write by hand.
